Known as a 'Mortal' in Capoeira, the Backflip is the most commercial of any other skill. While being seemingly difficult to the average person, the Backflip is actually very elementary.\r\n\r\nOne thing about the Backflip is that there are a few variations of it; however, when using the term 'backflip', it is often assumed that it is a 'back tuck'.
