Kip-up

Mostly used to quickly move from a prone position to a standing one. The Kip-up is done by first lying on one's back, and bringing both legs high into the chest before kicking them upwards and away from the chest. If done correctly, this action puts some pressure on the neck and the back of the head, which creates a rebounding effect that allows the performer to get his feet under him and land standing up.\r\n\r\nThe arms and hands can be used to take pressure off the head and make the trick a little more easier to do.
