-Can be learned easily by just doing a forward parkour roll and then directly reverting that movement.
-When falling backwards from a standing position, look towards the horizon, this makes sure that your chin travels towards your chest naturally without the danger of head to ground whiplash effect, that can occur from pressing that down too stiff or not engaging the neck at all.
